Our approach to covering events:
• We start with ‘Behind the scenes’ images
• Baby & Family Portraits (before guest’s arrival)
• Event décor/set-up
• Event proceedings (Cake-cutting, group images..)
• Any other event-photography requests will be included

EVENT STARTERS
• Photos only
• ₹ 30,000
• Guest count upto 50 pax.
• 3 hours event coverage
• Approx. 200 final edited photos
• Photos will be delivered within 4 weeks from the day of the shoot
• Extra hour is chargeable at ₹ 5,000 per hour
• Soft copies only, prints not included in the package
• Travel & accommodation, if applicable, is extra

• Photos only
• ₹ 50,000
• Guest count upto 100-120 pax.
• 4 hours event coverage
• Approx. 400 final edited photos
• Photos will be delivered within 4 weeks from the day of the shoot
• Extra hour is chargeable at ₹ 8,000 per hour
• 9x9 Coffee-Table Album
• Travel & accommodation, if applicable, is extra

EVENT ULTIMATE
• Photos + Video
• ₹ 75,000
• Guest count upto 100-120 pax.
• 4 hours event coverage
• Approx. 400 final edited photos
• Cinematic Highlight video 4-5 mins
• 1 REEL
• Photos & videos will be delivered within 4 weeks from the day of the shoot
• Extra hour is chargeable at ₹ 10,000 per hour
• 9x9 Coffee-Table Album
• Travel & accommodation, if applicable, is extra

Terms & Conditions
• Prices are non-negotiable.
• Failure to disclose an approximate guest count and consequent lack of coverage will not be the photographer’s liability.
• If an extension to timings happens at the event, then we will continue to shoot based on our capability & adjustments to pricing will be made later.
• Payment terms:
30% Booking amount
70% On the day of the session
• Booking amount is transferable for a postponed shoot if notified a week in advance.
• Post processing begins only after full payment.
• Prices are subject to change.
• We do not deliver raw photos and video clips.
• The photographer reserves the right to post pictures from the session on various online platforms, competitions, websites etc. You can have 100% copyright to the pictures and stay out of social media by paying an additional amount of Rs. 10,000/- towards the same.
• Photographer can opt to withdraw from the shoot anytime post booking along with the refund if consequences do not support.
