• What does a wedding photography package include?

  Typically, a wedding photography package should include processed photographs, a wedding film & prints (albums).

  
  

• What is candid wedding photography & traditional wedding photography?

  Ideally, there shouldn’t be a demarcation between the two. These are basically different styles of shooting. Although the skillset of a photographer covering an event in an unobtrusive (Candid) way will vary greatly from a photographer covering family & group photos (traditional) only. Along with documenting real & candid moments, we feel it is equally important to document the presence of close family & friends at a wedding.

  Candid photography is more focused on capturing a scene as it unfolds & telling the story without asking you to pose for the camera.

  Traditional photography focuses more on family & group photos usually capturing them looking straight into the camera.

  
  

• What is a cinematic wedding video?

  A wedding story told in an engaging manner is a cinematic wedding video.

  The story is brought alive through observing and capturing interesting moments, conversations, fun & drama at weddings. All this is then edited with a whole lot of care and love.

  
  

• What is the difference between traditional videography and cinematography?

  Again, it’s different approaches and styles.

  A traditional videographer will document everything that happens at a wedding with straight forward shots. The end product is a long video of these shots put together.

  A cinematographer, on the other hand, will try to tell the same story in a unique manner taking care of framing, composition & lighting. All the shots are then cut to a crisp edit with music matching the vibe of the wedding.

  
  

• How long should wedding videos be?

  This is a matter of personal preference. Our suggested length always depends on the scope of coverage of the wedding.

  
  

• What is a wedding trailer/teaser?

  It’s a short video, to get you excited for your wedding film. And since these are shorter & exciting versions, we generally release them on our social media platforms.

  
  

• What are your video deliverables?

  We offer a wide variety of deliverables -

  • Wedding trailer (2-3mins),

  • Cinematic wedding film (15-20mins),

  • Cinematic feature film (30-35mins),

  • Full video for sangeet performances,

  • Highlight video for individual events,

  • Full-length video of the wedding

  
  

• How many photos do you get from a wedding photographer?

  This is unique to every photographer out there. We do not come with any click limit in our mind and deliver between 500-1000 edited images a day depending on the size and scope of the wedding.

  
  

• When can we expect the delivery?

  We deliver wedding photos within 30-60 days from the last day of the event/when all dues are clear.

  Video editing is a creative process and we do not follow any standard patterns for editing our films. We try to bring out the best from any wedding after carefully going through the entire footage, putting the story together to the beat of the music, going through various iterations, etc. It usually takes us 3-6 months to deliver your complete film.

  
  

• How many team members will be covering the wedding?

  This will solely depend on the scale of the wedding you’re planning to have. Saying that, we’ve shot weddings in the past with a 3 member team. We’ve also shot weddings as a 12 member team. For an average Indian wedding (approx. 300 guests), our team size is usually 5-7 members.

  However, the team size has to be tailored to your coverage expectations. We do not like to overwhelm a wedding with our team’s presence, so we will suggest the optimum size when we understand more about your wedding.

Pricing

• What is your pricing?

  No two weddings are alike, and the cost of your wedding photography and films depends entirely on the scope of work. Please reach out to us for further information.

  
  

• What are your payment terms?

  50% to block our dates & book us for your wedding.

  30% is due a month before the wedding festivities kick-off.

  20% is due on the last day of the event.
